Scripps Pier Engagement// Ava + Hank

This was a super special engagement session for my oldest childhood friend Ava, and her sweet as pie fiancee Hank. These two have been together for almost a decade now and are some of the kindest and most easy going people I know. When planning their engagement session we wanted to make sure to go to a location that was most special to them.

Since Ava and Hank are long distance, they cherish their weekends together, and there seemed no better place to capture their relationship than at the eucalyptus grove near UCSD and on the shores of Scripps Pier. 

Popping some bubbly is one of my favorite things to do at an engagement session. It always creates some of my favorite images, and really captures how celebratory of a time this is for couples. Can’t wait to party at their wedding next Spring!
